All through the house I hear the pitter patter of little feet. Toys scattered around the house. Two extra beds to make and dinner for four instead if two. The empty nest is no longer empty. They are back!!!
Like the emergency alert says at the end, Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
I will admit I got used to being carefree and the time the mister and I had together but something was missing without our rug rats being here. They will be gone again this weekend but the pitter patter will be missed.
